Oh My, we have a big one here. Two person job just to move this bad girl up there. She was last seen climbing the side of a hill above the landscaped area, in front of a private fence on the corner of two busy streets.

GIANT BEETLE

A very distinctive looking beetle was caught climbing a hill. The color helped with camouflage of the giant beetle. Will he last or climb away into the parking lot only to be run over? Whew what a mess that would be.

Kimono, Komodo, he’s still pretty cool! A six foot lizard of gorilla proportions was seen in a jungle looking setting on a busy corner. The Gorilla was chased trying to get a pic, but the paparazzi only got a wisp of color from The Gorilla’s shirt.

STARTER FISH

Oh we have all heard of starter wives, but hey, how many starter fish are there out there? Well at least one. Just in case the students did not get the creative ideas going, a real starter was used for the makings of a fish, and voila, we present the Starter Fish!
JUST ANOTHER DAY AT THE OFFICE

The second day we really went to town. Literally and figuratively with creating so many items it took multiple runs to distribute all the art. Here is one load ready to go. Just a little teaser of some of the posts to come.
TOWER OF POWER FOR THE MONKEY

Whoo Baby, livin’ it large. The air was crackling with excitement, or was it just the 240,000 volts of electricity in the air? This one was quite the challenge to get installed as he was a two man operation to hang out with. We had to time the police passing by, then get over the tracks as a train blocked the road to get the challenge completed to hang the very heavy, very large primate for train commuters to enjoy. Hope he hangs out for awhile.
G.A.M. ON TV

Hero or Hoodlum? For our loyal Guerilla Art Movement followers: I received three reports “that an artist in San Jose is copying your idea” (interesting, that’s actually what we’re promoting). Fox had been running a commercial for the Sunday Night 10 O’Clock News about “a south bay artist changing the landscape even if he has to break the law to do it”.
After watching the show there was an Interesting Special Report. It was much longer than expected but seemed to be based on the controversy of art left for the public benefit. The public interviewed loved the art and used descriptions such as “he is an artistic genius”. The city was also interviewed and stated “he could be cited for thousands of dollars”.

CLYDE THE CLYDESDALE UNICORN FOR THE TRAIN

A Clydesdale Unicorn? Yep, every little girls’ dream animal come true. A very large scale one was set out next to the tracks for the train riders to enjoy while commuting by.
